I reserved a room for my fiancé and I for one evening to celebrate our recent engagement and new job. Oscar coordinated a surprise bottle of wine and handmade chocolates be delivered to the room as well as hand written notes. It was just the perfect personal touch I was hoping for! Then, he gave us a complimentary late check-out. He went above and beyond his role to make our stay memorable and I am very appreciative of his service.

JP at the Conrad Hotel front desk was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, JP was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We had an issue with our room upon arrival and JP quickly worked with leadership to solve our problem. Everything was handled efficiently, and any questions we had were answered with care and attention. Excellent service and a great first impression of the hotel. JP even went above and beyond for our girls and got them sweet treats throughout the weekend!

Absolutely love this hotel. Easy connect through the Skywalk to other amenities. Everyone is super nice and professional. Super clean, gives old money feel. The cleaning staff does an amazing job refreshing your room. Very quiet in the rooms despite being downtown.

Shower wasn't hot or had any pressure, if you have curly hair don't stay here. No full length mirror in the room. I think if you're supposedly a luxury hotel you need to get the basics right first. Valet told us we could valet or self park and it'd be the same, so we self parked where they told us and said we'd get a voucher for a discount since we were there for a wedding weekend. Checking out no one had any idea what we were talking about. Food was hit or miss.

I stayed at the Conrad during the mini marathon and was extremely disappointed with the experience this year. Last year, the hotel provided complimentary grab-and-go items such as fruit and water, which was a thoughtful touch for guests participating in the event. Unfortunately, this year there was nothing offered. Although the lounge was open, it was overcrowded and poorly maintained. Trash was overflowing throughout the area, creating an unpleasant environment. The overall cleanliness and organization were far below expectations. The service was equally disappointing. The staff member at the desk, Kara, was occupied with another guest and appeared unapproachable. When I raised a concern about the coffee being served cold due to the lack of a burner, it was dismissed without any effort to resolve the issue. Overall, the lounge experience was unacceptable. It felt disorganized, neglected, and far from the standard one would expect. It may be worth reconsidering how this service is managed, as previous offerings were much more efficient and guest-friendly. This was a very disappointing experience.
