Overall good experience. Amazing location, walkable to everything. Be aware of the parking cost. They charge $33 per night and parking is NOT free. No mention of that when I was booking. Room had 3 sticky patches on the floor and bathroom lock was not working. They sent the maintenance to fix the bathroom lock, sticky stuff was still there on the floor. I would stay again, but parking cost makes me think twice.

Nice little hotel for the money. Good location close to downtown. Small hotel bar/restaurant which was a highlight. The staff was excellent - Danielle in particular. She was pulling double duty as bartender and chef. The food and drinks were great, and she managed to be incredibly warm and personable on top of it!

First time staying here and I would come back. Danielle was our bartender and she was amazing!! She was so personable, kind, and made the experience fun. We came to grab a quick bite, and ended up staying because of her. The food was good. Very clean. Great location. Thanks!!

Thanks to Jason at the front desk we have felt tenderly cared for while visiting the nearby hospital. The Bistro staff, Veronica and Lettie, served us delicious oatmeal and avocado toast with TLC, smiles, and attention to detail. The daily swims in the small refreshing pool are fantastic. Jason has given us great advice on where to eat nearby since we don’t have a car with us. The room is comfortable and we got foam pillows on request. Will stay here on our next trip. I need to update this. At breakfast there was a huge crowd of volleyball players and parents. Jerry and Letty juggled all the orders for hot and cold breakfast, Starbucks coffee orders, and did it with smiles, courtesy and calm under tremendous pressure. Amazing staff.more awesome staff to call out: Belle cleaned our room and Danielle and Shawn prepared our dinner. You will love the staff!!!

We stayed at Courtyard for a large, sold out concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff members were all very nice. During check in the computer system went down and the poor staff couldn’t get people checked in. The check-in line was backed all the way up to the bar. They had to walk each guest up to their rooms and let them in because they couldn’t make room keys. The process took over an hour due to all the waiting. I could see the stress on the staff’s faces. Despite all of this, everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. Samantha was at the front desk going back and forth between the two computers checking two people in at the same time as best as she could. She deserves a raise, medal and a beer for the way she was handling everything.
