We checked in very late at of driving in town for the IU/Ohio state game, and despite the hour, Joe at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were settled. He took the time to explain the WiFi codes and even showed us exactly how to adjust the heat in our rooms so we would be comfortable. When we came back down later realizing we didn’t have any ice, he immediately got some for us—top-notch service! The hotel itself looks fantastic after the remodel. You can really tell the difference with the brand new TVs and the beds were super comfortable. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and a noticeably freshly stocked cupboard. It’s rare to find such a nice facility paired with such genuinely helpful staff on the night shift

Things that were bad - Tons of no smoking signs, yet the place reeked of smoke. Stains on almost all material in the room to the point where we actually went and bought our own sheets and pillow cases. Things that were good - dedicated freezer space in addition to fridge space & good water pressure in the shower. The location was great, too, with many good food options nearby.

I booked this hotel without doing my research, so I was really nervous about the negative reviews on here. I honestly did not find this hotel bad in any way. The rooms are a little outdated but for the cheap price it didn’t bother me. It seemed fairly family friendly, there were other families besides us. The area it was located in was nice, lots of stores and restaurants in the area. We were a little disappointed about the pool being closed but it is what it is. Breakfast was nothing fancy but decent for a quick bite. If you’re looking for budget friendly this hotel is it. If you’re looking for somewhere top tier I’d choose another location. Overall had a positive experience 🙂

We needed a place to crash for the night and this was just fine with a good location right next to Costco even connected to the Costco gas station. Lots of restaurants in their area, good restaurants, including franchises like Panera. Staff was friendly and beds are all in white. We didn’t pay for a Hilton so my expectation was not for a Hilton hotel.

Shower didn't work. They decided to come into the room and fix it 2hrs before checkout. They should have switched rooms immediately. The pool is conveniently closed. They also have the most basic breakfast, and good luck getting coffee. The bed was nice though.
