A great hotel in an excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. The happy hour and breakfast are a wonderful luxury at this hotel. Clarissa did an amazing job keeping the happy hour/breakfast area clean and presentable. Food and drinks were delicious and I love the custom made omelets. The pool and hot tub are very nice and well kept. The rooms are clean, but the air conditioner is not the quietest. Overall, great stay! Thank you!

A pleasant one night stay, passing through on our way back to Wisconsin. Room was clean and comfortable. Don in housekeeping was especially efficient and helpful. Maria at the breakfast area is a joy and it was nice having some short conversations with her to learn she has been working there 30 years. Front desk, Jennifer, is another very pleasant person. The staff definitely met Hilton's standards for customer service. Hope to come back again.

The staff was so very nice, professional courteous polite kind helpful efficient and very knowledgeable about the job. Kudos to the breakfast cooking staff, they kept the lines moving at a great pace for omelettes cooked to order and they were delicious. The front desk was very welcoming. The maintenance, housekeeping crew were friendly courteous polite and helpful. Last but not least Big shout out to Jannie she made our breakfast dinning experience very enjoyable. We had such a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, the suite was spacious and perfect for our family, and the amenities made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and with so many options. It really set the tone for a great day. I especially want to highlight Clarissa, who was working during breakfast. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and hardworking. She kept everything clean and organized while still being so warm and sweet. It’s people like her who truly make a stay memorable! We will absolutely be back and would recommend this hotel to any family visiting Indianapolis. Thank you for such a great experience!

Hotel itself is nice but a major downside is getting in the place. I relied on ride share coming and going, and upon finally figuring out the entrance, I wound up having to take a long flight of stairs with my luggage to enter and exit the building. It seemed very odd that there was no entry that was more conducive to visitors coming from taxis/going out for the day on foot. While my stay was good, I would have to caution others that this hotel requires some heartiness to take on about two flights of stairs to get in and out.
