We stayed for a few days during the NYE holiday. The front desk was accommodating with our room requests, their tone can be very aggressive and blunt, which I did not expect and was slightly off putting; so don’t expect cheerful & upbeat employees. The location is great, it’s in the middle of downtown and everything is within walking distance. The only parking option is valet, so if you brought a vehicle, be prepared for ~$40/night, but the valet service was outstanding and the gentlemen who work their deserve 5 stars on their own. There are no safes in the rooms, but that might be available upon request. The room was fine. The bar closes at 9, we had a pleasant experience with the bartender. We had the Do Not Disturb sign up for the entire visit, and while we were out on our second to last day, room service came into our room. I believe they realized halfway through that they shouldn’t have, because things were “half” done. We had new towels, but the bed wasn’t made. There were no washcloths replenished, but the old ones were taken. I walked downstairs to ask what happened, but as I was standing in line to speak with the front desk, the person in front of me had a very intense exchange with the woman working the front desk, Mindi. The worker was so rude to the customer that I didn’t want to hear what excuse and poor customer service she would provide to me as well. It was not worth it to me to have our last night ruined, so I returned to the room instead. Listen to the other 1-star reviews about Mindi & some of her staff. We won’t be staying here again, but it would work in a pinch for someone who needs a last minute stay.

We had a wonderful stay here for a swim meet we traveled for. We upgraded our rooms to queen beds, had a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room with the good creamer and coffee. Rooms had a warm and upgraded decor that was pleasant, the beds were super comfy as well as the pillows. Great night sleep for my son and me! Staff was very helpful and attentive. Jaden and Lily helped to check us in early and handled any of our needs. We will be back!

I am in Indianapolis often for work and this is my favorite hotel in the city. Not only are the rooms always clean and comfortable, but the staff is incredible here. Jossie took a fair amount of time to help me print documents that I needed— and was very polite. My rewards status was also recognized, and I received an upgrade, given availability, during another stay. Excellent location and an extremely well run property. I will certainly stay here again—and you should too!

Where do I even begin with this place. Some of the employees here are straight up thieves, and management clearly doesn’t care. Personal items went missing out of my room, and when I reported it to the front desk, Mindy was unbelievably rude, nasty, and completely dismissive. Instead of taking the issue seriously, she talked down to me in a condescending tone and acted like my concerns didn’t matter after I clearly explained that the items were left in my room. To make matters worse, the hotel is now refusing to take responsibility or compensate for the missing property. That tells me everything I need to know about how this place is run. Let’s also talk about the conditions of the hotel itself. The air conditioning doesn’t even work. When you turn the air on, it blows straight heat, making the room uncomfortable and almost unbearable. For a hotel that carries the Hilton name, this is honestly embarrassing. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay in this hotel. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic comfort is ridiculous. What makes this even more concerning is that another coworker also reported items missing, so clearly this is not an isolated situation. My company spends a lot of money with Hilton, and it’s extremely disappointing to see a property represent the brand this poorly. Do yourself a favor: save your money and book somewhere else. Our company frequently books Hilton properties for business travel, and this experience raises serious concerns about continuing to do so. A formal complaint has already been submitted to Hilton Corporate regarding this matter. I am hoping they will investigate this property and address the missing items and staff conduct.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary from Friday until Sunday. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had! Davis and Mindi went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary trip was one to remember. The best hotel hospitality we have experienced! Davis gave us an incredible recommendation for dinner - and he was spot on! Such great food! Restaurant staff for breakfast was incredibly friendly! Also was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we have stayed in, housekeeping staff does a wonderful job! All valet staff was very polite and punctual. Overall 10/10 stay, next time we make an Indianapolis trip we will definitely be staying at this hotel again!
