Overall, I had a really great stay. I would have given it a full 5-star if the items I accidentally left behind had not gone missing. The hotel itself was super nice, clean, & had pretty much everything I could ask for. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. I also used the gym during my stay and had a great workout experience there. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the breakfast. It was honestly above and beyond what I expected from a hotel breakfast with tons of options, and the rooftop outdoor seating made for such a nice way to start the morning. Unfortunately, there were a couple downsides. The first night, there was construction happening right outside my window, which made it difficult to sleep and was pretty frustrating. My biggest complaint though is that I accidentally left behind two very important items in my room: an expensive bottle of perfume that was a sentimental gift, and my retainer. I called the hotel as soon as I realized it and was directed to iLeftMyStuff.com to submit a claim. After not hearing anything for a couple days, I called back and the receptionist was kind enough to physically check for the items, but unfortunately they were never found. I’m sad about the perfume, but I’m honestly heartbroken about the retainer. The aligner company I originally used has since shut down, so replacing it isn’t an option. I truly did enjoy my stay. I just wish the trip hadn’t ended on such a disappointing note.

payton and skylar at the front desk are nothing short of angels. my husband and i were coming in from over 48 hours of travel from thailand for his college graduation, and were experiencing a potential medical emergency that left us needing to check in extremely early. payton and skylar were more than understanding, and did all they could to help make this process as smooth, easy, and quickly as possible. they were nothing but professional, accommodating, sympathetic, and personable. i don’t hand enough good words to describe how much their help helped my husband and i. additionally , the room is amazing. very clean, a lot of storage options, and high quality products in the bathroom. and in the end, thankfully, my husband was alright! thank you so much payton and skylar for your hospitality!! god bless you both. ☺️

This location is perfect for anything you want to do in Indianapolis. The employees at the desk were friendly and got us taken care of promptly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I missed breakfast by about 15 minutes but JODY was so nice and sweet that she still made plates of food for my wife and myself, as well as another whole family that didn't realize when it ended. I'm so thankful for her kindness. It made my day and my stay. I'll never stay in a different hotel while in Indianapolis

This hotel was convenient and easy. A couple of minor things affected my rating. TV in the bedroom wouldn’t work at all. I was told someone was available to come look at it. After waiting an hour, I gave up. It would also be nice to be made aware of construction, which was going on right next door. The room did serve its purpose as a place to crash after a concert at Bainbridge, but for the price I would have assumed it’d have a little extra.

I had a really lovely experience this morning at the Hyatt House Indianapolis. I arrived right as breakfast had just closed and was rushing to a client meeting, and Jody from the restaurant went out of her way to help me anyway. She quickly went into the kitchen and gathered eggs, sausage, cheese, juice, and coffee for me so I wouldn’t have to leave hungry. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming — it truly made me feel taken care of after a stressful travel morning. Service like that is rare and so appreciated. Thank you, Jody, for going above and beyond and starting my day on such a positive note. Hyatt is lucky to have you!
