I cannot say enough good things about Sandy at the front desk of SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Downtown. She is, honestly, one of the kindest people I have ever met. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. Her warm personality, professionalism, and positive attitude completely stood out and made our entire stay better. Sandy went above and beyond in every interaction — patient, helpful, personable, and truly invested in making sure guests had a great experience. You can tell she takes pride in her job and treats people with real kindness, which is rare and so appreciated. After a long day of travel, being greeted by someone like Sandy completely changes the tone of your stay. SpringHill Suites is lucky to have her. Customer service like this deserves recognition, and I hope management knows what an incredible asset she is. If you stay here, I hope you get the chance to meet Sandy — she’s unforgettable!

Excellent location. Across from the beautiful museum district, pristine walking/biking/running paths, Indiana U campus, & restaurants. The hotel is connected to the Courtyard by Marriott so it’s really two hotels for the price of one. The hotel isn’t posh but it doesn’t need to be- it’s clean and functional. Several restaurant options, a very large, well-equipped gym, two convenience shops, and plenty of shared seating areas. The rooms are large with a split bathroom (shower and sink in one room and toilet and sink in another), a decently-sized closet, a small living room area with a desk area and a small coffee station with a fridge. The TV swivels so you can watch tv from the bed(s) or the living area. Parking is $40 per day and you get a QR code so you can go in and out of the garage as much as you wish.

My wife and I had a great visit at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in downtown Indianapolis. The room was good sized and clean. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We were able to use the self parking garage which was cheaper than the valet service. The Skywalk walkway to the Indiana Convention Center was very convenient especially since my wife uses a battery powered scooter. We found all the employees to be very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience!

This is a very nice place to stay! Great service, clean and updated rooms. The showers were great along with salon style shampoo and conditioner with body wash as well. The very best complementary breakfast buffet. This was also in walking distance to the comedy club that I went to. I give this a 5 star rating!!

Upon arriving at this location. We were greeted by Sandy and Edith they were very helpful and checked us in right away. Sandy and Edith also showed us everything we needed to do to get our weekend going. It was extremely busy being that memorial day weekend also the Indy 500 was in town . The coffee was ready and hot ,Sandy made sure of that. After the race on Sunday we saw Sandy and Edith at the hostess desk told them about the time we had at the race and the long waits and how hot is was . We got lost and walked forever . Edith was so nice and sent us a great goodie bag up to our room made us so happy thanks so much Marriott ,Edith ,and Sandy as well we will see you soon. ❤️ Max & Ren
