Such a fantastic location. Right across the street from Lucas Oil. Just a couple of blocks from all of the dining, bars, nightlife. Perfect distance away from the noise. The staff was incredibly helpful. Phone died and my digital key was gone, they got me quick access to my room. Jun was so polite and courteous. He stood out amongst the rest of the also exceptional staff. My company books this for work trips and I’m excited to visit the Indy office again

I have stayed at Tru by Hilton locations in Columbus, Ohio, Lexington, Kentucky, and now Indianapolis, Indiana — and my experience at the Indianapolis location has been the best so far, honestly because of Jun. From check-in to check-out, Jun was top notch. He was personable, friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay pleasant. After a long day of travel, Jun was exactly the kind of person you want greeting guests. He made the entire process easy, welcoming, and stress-free. His customer service really stood out and made a positive impression on my stay. Because of Jun, this Tru location felt different from the others I’ve stayed at. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could! Every member of the staff we encountered was so friendly, helpful, and kind. The rooms were clean and nicely updated and the location could not be beat. So close to everything! The free breakfast and coffee were pretty standard but they suited their purpose just fine and there was a nice assortment. Will definitely book again next time we are in Indy.

We stayed here for 2 nights during a conference, and could not have been happier! Rooms are clean and have a fun colorful vibe. We came in for an early night of snacks and a movie, and Jun and Stevi went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable night in.

Had a great check in experience thanks to Jun at the front desk. He was very friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process quick and easy after a long day of travel from Georgia. We arrived late in the night and he was not overly enthusiastic but just enough for a tired traveler to feel very welcome. Really appreciated the positive first impression and awesome beverage recomedation! Thanks, June!
