Service That Deserves 10 Stars 5 stars for Laura and Cortney at the front desk. They were short-staffed and pulling 24-hour shifts, yet treated every guest like family. Laura even made us a breakfast burrito after breakfast had closed. I've never seen that at a hotel. We had some room issues and I don't love the Aloft bathroom layout. But the customer service from these two was so exceptional that I'll absolutely return. Thank you, Laura and Cortney, for setting the bar. You're the reason this hotel stands out!

Stayed here for a couple nights during a quick trip and it was a pretty decent experience overall. The room was clean enough, not perfect but nothing that bothered me too much. Bed was comfy which is honestly the main thing I care about. Front desk folks were polite, even helped me with a late check-in without any hassle. The location made it easy to get around, so that was a big plus. Only thing was the hallway noise at night, kinda thin walls I guess. Still, for the price, it felt worth it and I’d prob stay here again.

I booked my stay directly through Marriott’s website and drove 15 hours to attend my son's graduation. When I arrived to check in, I was told the hotel's system was down. The staff claimed they had taken a snapshot of all reservations before the outage and that my reservation was not included. However, they made that determination without checking any list in front of me. When I tried to show them my reservation confirmation on my phone, they refused to look at it and simply told me I was out of luck because the hotel was fully booked. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service. No alternative solutions were offered, no apology was given, and no effort was made to assist me. Instead, I was made to feel as though the situation was somehow my fault because I had booked through Marriott’s website and their local system was apparently different. After a 15-hour drive for an important family event, I expected at least some attempt to help resolve the issue. Instead, the staff seemed annoyed that I was even there. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Clean, modern rooms with a mini fridge, a super friendly staff, and a great walkable location near plenty of food options made this a really solid stay. After a long workday, I went to grab a bag of peanut M&Ms from the market and the staff unexpectedly comped them, which was such a thoughtful gesture when all I wanted to do was crawl into bed and unplug — the only downside was the thin walls, as hallway conversations and slamming doors were easy to hear early in the morning.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt welcomed with open arms. The staff is nice and very accommodating. The rooms are different, but also very comfortable and it was quiet. The beds were the best I slept on in the week I was traveling and their bfast burritos were awesome as well.
