We stayed at the Cambria Hotel for my graduation from Bellevue, and I can honestly say that I had a better experience here than I have at a Hilton. The shuttle drivers were great; they were basically like local guides, which helped us out so much. They were also incredibly kind. The room service was comparable. They accidentally washed my own personal pillow and returned it in good shape. Loved that we could schedule room service for when we were away via text and request room service that way. It was a seamless experience. Food was pretty good, though it was pricy. The bar wasn’t open one night, which was a bummer, but the pool was open the entire time we were there. The staff even got me a vase when requested for flowers I got after graduation, which I greatly appreciated. The rooms were extremely clean and very modern. The King Suite we stayed in had a mirror in the bathroom with a speaker in it, which was very neat. It’s close to all things downtown, which is also very convenient. Lyft rides were cheap due to close location. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were clean. Bathrooms came with soaps/shampoos/etc. which was very nice. Overall, 10/10 experience. This Cambria Hotel was objectively better than any Hilton I’ve stayed in, considering the modern features. The only 2 things I would’ve wished they had were 1. A Roku TV for Netflix/streaming, and 2. A warning that there is a $50 “incident fee” that is refundable upon your stay. Overall, will be staying here again when we visit Omaha!

Even though my stay wasn’t what it used to be Ms Leesa the general manager assisted me she was awesome even though she had a death in her family she was so kind and understanding. Thank you for such great service even though life is tough for her rite now. We need more managers like Leesa thank you so much. Let me know if there is anything I can help with for the funeral thank you again stay strong and keep your head up

This location charges a pretty good fee, but does not offer a complimentary breakfast. They try to sell it as some sort of upscale fancy feature but it comes across as greedy. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. My room was never cleaned once. My curtain had torn off the holder but was hung up with boxing tape. The boxing tape came loose and fell down while I was sitting in the room watching it.

First time staying here. Quick one night with an infant. Food at the bar was great for a late night meal. Pizza was delicious. Lobby area is very nice with tons of seating. No water bottle refill station and the tap water didn’t taste good. Only canned water for $4+ so make sure you bring water prior to getting here. Pool and fitness center were nice but we did not use. Complimentary coffee. Room was just okay. Bathroom sink was clogged and took 10 minutes to drain. Shower did not appear to be cleaned. Hair on walls. Glass and shower floor were incredibly dirty. Floors of bathroom need to be deep cleaned. Remote control and side table were not clean, sticky and hair. We probably will not stay here again because of the room not being fully cleaned. Parking should be free. It’s a lot right outside in the back of the hotel. It was odd that they charged.

This hotel was located in the downtown Omaha area, about three miles from the airport, so it felt close enough for convenience without being right next to it. Overall, the stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, modern, and well put together, and the overall feel of the hotel was comfortable and updated. One thing to note is that there weren’t any convenience stores within easy walking distance, so snacks and drinks were mostly limited to what the hotel offered. The on-site restaurant was fine, but my burger was a bit mediocre and not a standout. On the plus side, the airport shuttle was operating 24 hours a day at the time of my stay, which made transportation easy despite the hotel not being directly at the airport. Overall, it was a solid downtown option with very nice rooms and good amenities for travelers. Also note, while I’ve seen other reviews mention cleanliness issues, I didn’t experience any problems during my stay.
