We have travelled here for four years now while our daughter has attended Creighton Med and we absolutely love the property! It’s perfectly situated for a family and the location is perfect right at the downtown Old Market. Shoutout to Justin, the breakfast manager, who takes such good care of the masses of people who move through the breakfast buffet. He helped us with gluten free options one morning and then remembered us the next morning and brought us gf options again! So very thoughtful! Thank you Justin! And Devon at the happy hour bar took great care of us, especially my mom, while we recently all visited for graduation!

I had a great experience staying at Embassy Suites Omaha. One employee who really stood out was Erich. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to share helpful suggestions about the area and the hotel. He also informed me about promotions the hotel was offering, but in a way that was informative rather than pushy. It’s always refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely seems to care about making guests feel comfortable and informed. Erich’s excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality!

I will 100% stay here again if I'm ever back in Omaha. Great room, great bed, great heater. The bathrooms could use a little updating. Breakfast was great. Made from scratch omelettes and pancakes. Tons of options. And a breakfast buffet as well. Before my flight out I spent a couple hours at the bar with a phenomenal bartender. Great conversation, great personality. I'm horrible with names but I'm pretty sure her name was Kendra. Definitely stop and see her! My only real complaint is the valet is $31 after fees or you can park 2 blocks away for $25 after fees. Not a fan of that at all.

We had a great time. This Hotel is nice very accommodating. This will surely be our first choice when we visit Omaha. The best part of our stay was the wonderful Valet guys. We had a specific group that took exceptional care of us. Donte, Darius, Mathew and Christian. Everytime we pulled up they were always ready and helpful wether it was unloading our cars or opening the doors for us. We appreciated them. Please get your Valet one of those giant standing fans. Its very hot under that covered drive thru. Take care of our fellas!! The Bar was also very convenient and ALWAYS a great time. I know housekeeping works very hard and we appreciated all of them. The language barrier makes it a little difficult to ask questions or even let them know we appreciate them. We will be back next year. Thank you to all who helped and took care of us and made our Family Vacation great!!! Wish I could've stayed for CWS! Pruett/Carter Family. Boys Town Alumni 1992.

Staff & service were excellent at every turn. Could but have been more friendly & helpful. The lobby, bar & dining area were nice & clean. You can't beat the location for convenience to the Old Market, CHI, Durham, the Zoo & the riverfront. The rooms were nice enough but disappointing for the price. They had been cleaned but due to age/wear they were a bit dingy. The bathroom in 1 of our rooms had such an overwhelming sewer smell that we could barely use it. The bathroom in the other room did not have that issue. Staff was very responsive to address it but nothing changed. Housekeeping made the beds but sinks, floors & shower were left dirty. We were contacted before arrival & notified that the pool was closed for maintenance with no known time for opening. We were informed we could go just down the street to use the pool at another "sister" hotel. We checked at the front desk on our way to the other hotel only to find out that that hotels pool was also closed but they were working on the pool at Embassy. We did get to use the pool finally but it was so cold we couldn't stand it. The food & service at breakfast was excellent.
