Very clean hotel and rooms. The staff is the standout: front desk - especially Candi - were friendly and helpful. Always cheerful! The breakfast team were also very friendly and provided great service. There are a number of restaurants nearby but if you are driving, the location is very accessible (I used ride share) Only issue was that there was no hot water for tea (nor tea bags) available if the Bistro was closed. Would recommend for a stay in the La Vista or surrounding area!

The staff very all extremely kind, polite, & helpful. Rooms were just in need of maintenance. 1st room had nasty plumbing issues. Had to request a room change. 2nd room had refrigerator issues & missing outlet converters, but at least we could shower.

Very nice 6 story hotel with a restaurant/bar on the main floor. Within walking distance to all kinds of places. Staff is super friendly/helpful (Camryn at the front desk is fantastic!) Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet, updated, premium bedding, plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Will 100% be staying here the night time we're passing through!

It's like a game of "let's play hotel" here. False attempts at "customer service," abysmal operational practices, and total lack of front-facing professionalism. This is the kind of LOW CLASS place steeped in irresponsibility, where management smiles in your face, then talks trash about you as soon as you walk away. Some nerve they have! Highly questionable billing practices they hope you won't bother with the answers for, including arbitrary, double, inflated, and false charges on open tabs, but hey, that's YOUR problem to clear it up! Charges for room nights no one slept there, charges for John Doe "placeholder" names that are not even real people with any form of ID. Explain that? Provide 100-page bills in PDF format THIRTY DAYS LATER or more, that can't be sorted, searched, nor formulas applied, unless you happen to want to do all of that by hand yourself. Debit your card on file without permission, then say they did not charge anything? Unique billing processes in place that can only be described as creative, delayed, padded, and WRONG. Doesn't help that accounting ignores you. Are the sales people accountants now? DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD until you know what you are actually paying for. This place should be ASHAMED of itself for shirking accountability, and systematically burdening repeat customers in this manner. Added unnecessary work hours to our day we did not have to give, and frankly, should never have been burdened with. Why are you blaming the customer for not doing what is YOUR job, and surprised at them demanding answers for thousands of dollars? GROSS!

First off to have to pay additional $10 a day to park is crazy and then no free breakfast I was expecting a fancy breakfast buffet but there's a fancy pay more money for your breakfast restaurant but I feel like they're charging me for everything there's even a bottle of water in the room with a $5 price tag on it! Besides all the extra costs the room is small curtains don't work really well and it's probably louder than staying next to the airport. I don't feel like I had a very good rest another thing I was disappointed by is there's no hot tub to help relax I don't know how they got an 8.9 rating on Priceline I won't ever book here again and I'll be more careful in the future before making hotel reservations. Unfortunately I booked a non refundable room.
