The rooms were outdated and ours smelled old and musty, like it hadn’t been aired out in a while. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was good. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, not a lot of options. The location was great, right next door to Casey's and they had a good restaurant inside the hotel. Overall it was ok, truly a budget hotel

Honestly don't know how this place has a rating of 3.8... our room was nice and clean, service was excellent! We have stayed in many hotels (take a family vacation every year), this is the first place where they had multiple options for hot breakfast, even ground beef, corn tortillas, onions, tomatoes, shredded cheese; make your own Tacos! Watermelon... Our daughter was excited. During breakfast we were given chocolate treats, the guy working cleaned up our plates. We recommend this place.

So disappointed in our recent stay here. We have been staying at this hotel for years and this most recent stay was a shock. The rooms were dirty, the hotel was stinky, the pool needs maintenance and probably repairs, and the breakfast area was disgustingly filthy. We stayed in a two room suite with a pull out couch bed, when the kids were ready to lay down, we pulled the bed out but there were no linens for the bed anywhere. I attempted to call to the front desk but apparently the phone in the room is just for looks because it didn’t work, even though it was plugged in. I used my phone to call the front desk and ask for blankets and pillows for the pull out bed to which the lady working the reception said “we don’t have anything, it’s all in dirty laundry.” I simply asked why would they sell rooms for the night without clean linens? She said she could provide a sheet and only one. The AC unit in the second room sounded like it had rattling loose screws in it all night long. This used to be our favorite spot to stay when in town for the zoo or visiting family. Now we have to find a new place. I hope the new management sees this and takes it into serious consideration. Do better.

I was very pleased with my stay here. They were very accommodating. The staff is very professional and friendly. They also offered vanities like swimming and the breakfast was really good. I felt very comfortable here with the hot water. Pressure was excellent. I really needed to recover As a pitstop and also my sister got sick during a vacation trip so I was able to stay here till she got better for us to move again, which was really important. The accommodations were very pleasing and recommend this place to anybody.

Booked suite, 4 guests, three towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. Hotel is tired looking inside and out. Booked two room suite. Had to keep asking for towels. Carpet dirty, table with three chairs. Breakfast decent and hot but lacked enough tables and chairs despite large dining room. First time I have been very disappointed in a Comfort Inn and Suite hotel. I have been to four so far this year.
