Our family with young kids came to Omaha for an event. We chose this hotel because it was near the event center, had a pool, had free breakfast, and was not super expensive. (Despite charging $15 for parking; but in my research I found most in the area did the same thing). Unfortunately the pool was so cold my kids wouldn’t swim in it. This is the first time this has ever happened at a hotel. This hotel is very close to a homeless shelter so there are a lot of wandering homeless people in the area but the hotel did feel safe. There is no access into the lobby unless you have a key or get buzzed in. (First time I’ve seen this). Overall our room was clean and comfortable. We had a spacious bathroom but wish it would have had a vent. We did have a mini fridge but no microwave. The breakfast was very good for a free breakfast. Lots of yummy options and as someone who is gluten free I was pleased to find a gluten free muffin! The staff we interacted with were all very nice. Honestly the only reasons for 4 stars were due to the super cold pool and sketchy location.

Clean room: looked, felt, smelled clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Yesterday was omelets and bacon. Day before was eggs sausage biscuits. There's a whole oatmeal bar, with nuts, choc chips, fruit, like alot of toppings.. I was here 4 days, and I would come here again.

The room was clean but appear to be getting old and run down. The area of town seems to be under development, but not sure I felt comfortable walking around and exploring. Location is very convenient to the Airport, but won't likely stay at this property again.

Great place. Very clean and located downtown. Rooms and staff are very nice. You do have to pay for parking which can be done at the front desk. Although location is convenient and the hotel is secure there seems to be a homeless population near the area but its still clean and i believe security is onsite. Overall a pleasant stay and value

Great location in downtown Omaha. 6 minutes from the airport. Nice room. Good bed. I hate $15 parking fees. No top sheet on bed... Do they wash the comforter after every guest? Huge temp difference between sitting area and sleeping area, refrigerator didn't work. No lotion in bathroom. Little things, but probably enough to make me look for somewhere else next time I'm in Omaha.
