Very beautiful hotel. I love the fitness center and the swimming pool area. The laundry room is awesome. The perks is that it’s no fee. It’s in a great location near the hospital as well as near Blackstone area, which is a nice area for food and Coffee shops. The only downfall is that as a traveling person on work assignment, generally I get a discounted rate as a first responder and veteran. But at this place, I did not. They did give me a discount but nowhere near sustainable amount where I could stay long-term for three months. So it’s definitely not for extended days. Unfortunately, I had to find somewhere else. But other than that, the staff was awesome..

Just ok. The front desk staff needs customer service training. The attendant during check-in was not helpful in explaining the parking garage situation. Shower was only hot if you got in before 6am. The breakfast was ok but the coffee was not good the 2nd day we stayed. The snack store was very basic - just chips really and there were not any vending machines for snacks or drinks.

Very nice and clean looking rooms. The breakfast was standard quality. Now the negative the heater in the room had a hard time heating up the room the water temp was barely! Above warm would never even get hot on full hot side. The fan inside the wall was always squeaky they could not fix it. It's very confusing on getting into the property along with the parking and lobby location. If you need to get a drink (soda, juice, ECT) make sure you bring it with you a $1 bag of chips are $4 soda $4-6 raking you over the coals because it's such a pain to get in and out of this hotel.

Front desk was hard to find. Signage is not good on the outside. Security was not present for hotel or parking. Breakfast was ok but I wouldn't say good. Plain eggs or omelets are always better. You can have toppings to add. It would be helpful to explain where the front desk is and where to park when reservations are made.

Stayed here January 5 and 6, 2026. I could not get the heating system to work properly. It was cold and yet air conditioner kept going on for awhile then it would shut off it done this continually. The heating was all that was turned on.Contacted front desk they had an employee come up twice, they couldn't get working right either. Moved me to different a room it had the same problem. I couldn't get any satisfaction from them. Had the heating problem continually both days I was there Talking to front desk did not help. Problem 2 was elevator was making loud noises. When we were ready to leave Elevator had completely stopped working and we had to wait for them to get it working before we could leave. Even though it was continually making loud noises. Lip service was all we could get from the front desk.
