We made reservations about two weeks ahead. We r a retired couple, requested top floor like we always do. Upon arrival we were given 3rd floor by The elevators. Reception told us it was 3rd floor at the end of the hall. And was too bothered to check and see if top floor was available. Fridge in room didn’t work, top drawer of dresser kept sliding open for us to keep shutting or run into. Was told they couldn’t give us coffee pods for our second morning, she couldn’t find them. Tub didn’t drain well, if that bothers anyone when showering. Check out time on door said noon, upon asking for a late check out, she said it was noon, since regular check out said 11, not so. Others at counter verified that. We stay at many Hamptons, the downtown Omaha one needs to do better.

Was very happy with all the staff we interacted with. Everyone was very polite and helpful. After a long drive to town for a family emergency we were very tired but also early for check-in. The desk person was very helpful and got us into a room so we could get some needed rest. Great proximity to the old market and lots of other parts of town. Not to mention across the street from the stadium. I would definitely stay here again.

We were attending the Big 10 baseball tournament and liked that we were walking distance to the venue. Parking is expensive since it's not covered and open not only hotel guests but local residents.

Decent hotel in downtown Omaha. Good value for the prices paid and just a few minutes walk to the CHI Health center. The room felt clean and check in was easy. My only knocks are: for parking you have to scan a QR code and settle that 3rd party, and the lot filled up while we were there so if you park and have paid.. don’t move your car for the night. My other knock is that they advertise the onsite C-store but when I went to buy Orange juice ALL of the bottles were a few weeks expired. 😮 Overall 4 stars bc I can live without the OJ and you’ll have to pay for parking anywhere downtown.

We had to wait to check in be ause our room was still being cleaned when we arrived at 3:15. The room was spacious and nice, but noisy from traffic on the street outside our room.
