We had such an amazing stay at the Hilton Inn. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—she made sure we had a quiet room away from the road, which we really appreciated. She also went above and beyond by removing the $25 per night parking fee and giving us great recommendations on places to eat and visit. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made our experience even better. The location was perfect—everything we wanted to visit downtown was within walking distance. Everyone we came across in the area was friendly, and we truly enjoyed exploring. The weather was beautiful during our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The restaurants we visited were fantastic as well—excellent customer service, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. Overall, everything about our trip exceeded expectations. We’re so grateful for the wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The staff is very nice and helpful. I will be staying here a month while my house is being renovated due to flooding. The tvs are outdated and do not allow for streaming. This is kind of a big deal since I will be here for a while. Also I work at the airport and they do not have shuttle service to and from the airport. I should have done my research better. I have my two cats with me so pet friendly hotels are limited downtown. Plus my insurance company is paying for this stay and they only give hilton hotel options so changing hotels is not an option.

Heater did not work, wallpaper peeling from the wall, filth around the sprinkler heads. When they were told about the issues they responded “thanks for letting us know and have a good day”! The Valet team was excellent and extremely good with the customers! Lounge staff and breakfast staff were great! Front end staff….ehh, not great. Maint on rooms is severely lacking and I expect better at the prices they charge.

The rooms are dated and the bathrooms in particular need it. The shower was also a curved tub and slippery. I had a standard double queen and I had a family member that paid for a nice suite and he also said it was very disappointing. Room was clean, the lobby was nice, and the parking ramp is convenient but an extra $25/night. They leave two bottles of water in the room but it’s $3/bottle if you grab one. Overall I just expect more. I’ll be booking elsewhere next time I’m downtown Omaha.

The rooms were spacious and seemed clean. The bathroom was a little bit outdated with peeling paint and some places that need caulking. The front desk gentleman was super fantastic. Very nice and friendly. No issues with checking in. So glad they had parking connected to the hotel! I was here for an event at the CHI health center. Easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
