Friendly, efficient staff. Tidy room and common area. Fairly easy walk to Old Market area, Uber home after dark. Airport transport is not a shuttle as per website, but is by hotel-paid Uber arranged after calling front desk Enjoyed my stay

The staff you have here are phenomenal. Tabitha was so helpful and friendly with us at breakfast. Chayannie was so welcoming, inviting and greeted everybody as you came in and out. The housekeeping kept everything so clean and smelled so wonderful. The only reason I gave the rooms a 3 star was due to the shower, it never got hot and the water pressure was horrible.

Fantastic beds and bedding. The pillows are the best pillows everrrrr. The included breakfast is good for free hotel breakfasts. The room floor looks like it’s hard/vinyl but it’s actually carpet and our room smelled like dog. Parking is paid via an app and I stayed 4 nights but was charged 5 x $15/day=$75 I came in at 3pm 4/10 and left at 5am 4/14 so I’m not sure how I was even billed this amount. They do have a backup parking lot when the main one is full at night.

I thought the hotel would be closer to the old market area but this is about a 7 min drive and not a close walk by any means. We got the two queen suite with a pull out couch. This room was very tight with beds. There was a foot between the bed and the wall, a nice space between the two queen beds and then 6 inches between the queen bed and the pull put couch and no space between the pull out couch and the air-conditioned and wall. The two queen beds were aslo very worn on the sides between the two queens. When you sat on the bed it fell all the way down to the box spring but when you sat on the other sides (out side edges) the mattress would be normal. The pool is very small and there is not hot tub. The hotel was clean and everything was put together well except for the highness and the beds. You do have to pay $15 every 24 hours you are parked in their parking lot. And you have to use your phone to do this. It is paying the city not the hotel. Also I could hear the neighbors tv until about 1130 at night. The walls are not very sound proof.

I had a great experience at the hotel itself and the staff was friendly, but I was pretty disappointed when I got a text about an hour before I checked in that parking would be 50 dollars a night due to an event this weekend instead of the 15 dollar parking fee that was listed online when I booked the hotel. I literally thought it was a spam text at first when I read it lol. I just wish it would have been listed on the website somewhere when booking because I wouldn’t have booked a room here in the first place had I known that there was an event happening that would raise the cost so much. Aside from that everything was good though and I always love staying at the Holiday Inn!
