Convenient hotel if you are attending events at the Chi Center. The first room I got (240) was in bad condition with lights that did not work and very dark and rundown feel including air-conditioner with damaged controls. The friendly front desk staff quickly moved me to a different room, which was much better. Throughout the stay, the staff were the highlight of the trip, always friendly, always accommodating. They seemed a little bit understaffed, but diligently took care of guests. The floors are very thin, and someone jumping around upstairs, kept waking me up both night nights. The water park itself seemed fun for families with little kids. No-frills and fun escapade for that kind of outing. The built-in restaurant was convenient with very friendly and accommodating staff as well. Food was decent and the pizzas were large and made with fresh ingredients. Would recommend if you arrive late and need a quick bite.

Fun family hotel. Dillon was great at the front desk. We never ended up in the water park because it closes at 9PM and we had family events. Was a told the pool was cold and the splash pad was just that. Nothing submerged In water. FroYo place was good. Burger Theory- went for lunch and it was fine. The beds were super comfortable and the bunk bed room was the best for 4 people. The kitchen was nice but lacking any paper products and had tiny trash cans. Parking wasn't the best because it fills up fast. Close to downtown and Uber was quick, if you dont want to lose your 1st come spot. It was decorated nice for Christmas and they had a Santa event, which we missed. Overall nice hotel, wish breakfast was included for the price.

First Impression, very nice hotel. Full pool with slides for the kids, restaurant, yogurt place and arcade. When I booked our room with Expedia they somehow missed it up and was put a single bed. I called Expedia and they told me to talk to front desk. Yamissia and Marcus were on it right way and hooked me up with a room that was better than what I was expecting. They were quick, professional, and just over all great to deal with. 5 stars for sure

The lady Michelle at the front desk was really friendly and welcoming, as well as BryAnna, she kindly was able to store my daughter’s birthday cake in one of their fridges since it didn’t fit in the hotel room fridge. All the staff was very friendly and assisting. Kids had fun at the water park. Pool was warm. Room was clean, even moved furniture around to accommodate the party 😅

We arrived around 8:30 PM with a very excited little boy. Ana checked us in so quickly and made sure we had a little time at the water park. She was very nice and provided us all of the information we needed. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Our room did have a malfunctioning heater, but the maintenance guy was very quick to respond. The only thing we didn’t realize was that we didn’t qualify for the “kids under 12 each free” for breakfast because we booked through my husbands work as he gets a small discount. Kids eat free apparently only applies if you book directly through Holiday Inn. The water park was small but had a nice size hot tub for me to enjoy with a clear line of sight for my little one while he ran up and slid down about a million times. Should note the pool area is heavily chlorinated, but that is to be expected when it is a shared pool, especially designed for kids. Overall great experience and will come again!
