Instead of helping resolve the situation, I was repeatedly told to contact my bank. I followed that advice and filed a dispute, yet I was made to feel as though I was creating a problem rather than trying to address a legitimate concern. During my most recent conversation, a manager named Buffy refused to provide her last name when asked. After multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the hotel, I am still without a satisfactory explanation or resolution. Customer service and accountability matter. If there is a deposit requirement or billing issue, guests deserve clear communication and meaningful assistance when questions arise. After everything that happened, I was left feeling like the treatment I received may have had more to do with who I am than with standard business practices. I can’t say that for certain, but that is how the experience left me feeling.

A disgraceful disgusting hotel with bed bugs, smelly rooms, unopen windows A graceful money minded hotel. Disgrace to Omaha warren buffet honest legacy. Buffey and the staffs promised me they will refund me for my duplicated doubled booked, but then as soon as I booked for another new booking, they refused to refund my first booking. A hotel that doesn’t keep their words. Then the cleanliness sucks. Bathroom clot with waters easily, slippery. Carpet smells, can’t open the windows. Breakfast finished at 9 same boring unhealthy food everyday. Do yourself a favour and book for other hotels. I will be legal taking legal actions with this hotel

Front Desk manager Sandy is literally the sweetest lady. She saw me in distress and comforted me. This type of hospitality is needed at every hotel. I also want to comment on how beautifully decorated the front desk was as well the cleanliness. Thank you Sandy for your kindness and hospitality.

Wonderful staff who are super accommodating. Lorenzo at the front desk made our stay great, start to finish! Perfect walking distance to the CHI Health center for the Berkshire Hathaway events.

they will steal your stuff! when you call back less then 20min from leaving it is gone and no one can find it terrible called back day after day to see if what was taken was recovered was never found after leaving messages after messages with different people no one could find it. dont tell you on top of paying for the room you have to pay to park you would think this would come with the price you pay to stay
