being a hyatt rewards globalist member i am quite familiar with the different hyatts in the different states. For being a 3 star hyatt place, i expected comparable amenities to other 3 star hyatt hotels; this one has to be the only three star hotel that does not allow pets. I would expect this to be a policy for 4 star and 5 star hotels, but a three star? We will take our money and our rewards to lincoln

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend. We really enjoyed our stay here. The employees were very nice and helped us out when an issue came up with our room during check-in. They went above and beyond for us. Our room was very nice and it had a great view of the city, which isn't something we get to see everyday. The location is very convenient, too. I enjoyed being able to walk around downtown without having to drive anywhere. This place made our long weekend a great little vacation. The only downside to this place is that their parking garage is not secure. You can drive or walk into it with nothing there to stop you. If they are going to charge guests $25/day just to park there and claim that it's not their responsibility if your car gets broken into, you think they'd add some security to it. Besides that, I'd definitely stay here again when we are ready to see Omaha again.

Great stay! The staff was so helpful and welcoming. Kat checked us in and was wonderful, its refreshing to have an encounter with someone who is friendly and cares about what they are doing. The hotel was clean all around. I appreciate the good lighting in the bathroom and additional mirror in the room. Breakfast was great, well stocked and clean as well.

Update: immediately after unpacking our bags from this hotel we found 2 bed bugs. The hotel seemed unconcerned when we called to report this. The bugs had to come from this hotel because they were on clothes that were zipped up in our suitcase all day while traveling. Room seemed clean but apparently not. So far we have only found 2 while scouring through all of our belongings. This has really but a damper on our road trip. Room was very clean and updated. The lady checking us in on 12/17 around 11pm at night was so friendly and welcoming! Parking in their garage is $25 a night but street parking was free until 9am so we enjoyed that. One of the elevators was down and the drinking fountain broken, but other than that no issues. I used the fitness center in the morning and it was clean (had treadmills and weights). Breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend

This is a motel dressed up as a Hyatt. First they try to charge you $25 for parking lol it's Omaha not a huge city. There is meter parking around the entire block some spots even closer than their non secure garage. The rooms are tiny and no views and no suites. Worst pillows I've ever slept on, couldn't even get a full night sleep. The AC we set at 68 it never got below 72. Felt hotter. The breakfast is fake eggs and crappy meat. Some other stuff you usually see at holiday inn express. Globalist get zero perks here. Do not recommend unless burning a free night and even then you might not come out even!
