Not friendly service at valet or front desk. Rooms are nice, big, and clean. Valet is $45 per day. It was not a good location for me because I was traveling by myself and the area did not feel safe to go out alone. There is a parking lot close by that is much more affordable than valet, but did not feel safe walking to the car alone. Would not stay here again.

I stay here very often I have been staying since they first opened. I at least visit 8/10 times a month, but my LAST two experiences was horrible service wise and it was the exact same employee. Denise (spell check) she works in the morning is very rude and unprofessional. I’m a diamond member and they always treat me so well ALL the staff except her for some reason. I received complementary checkout at 1pm, my door was knocked on all morning which could have been a mistake. So I did oversleep from being woke up several times. At 1:22 she called my room as I was grabbing my things telling me I will be charged a late fee which is fine. I get down to the lobby she says “what room are you checking out of” as I was walking out I told her “ you will be charged 120$ “ I said well how much is just another night she rolled her eyes. I asked to speak with management and a tall nice guy came out he noticed I’m a frequent visitor and he instantly resolved the situation, while having to tell her to remain professional. I never had this issue there they have some of the BEST staff and management in my opinion. BEWARE OF HER AS SHE IS VERY RUDE IN THE MORNINGS.

This new extended stay hotel is located but two miles from the Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center and ideal for those that face surgery and stays at this hospital. The hotel staff was exemplary in meeting our needs - be it information of best taxis, extra room service, and hospital discounts. The General Manager, Nicole Clyburn truly cares about her guests, and her management style is reflected in her first-rate staff. Kudos to Ms. Yancy, her front desk manager, and Salma, an outstanding receptionist. The staff deserves a five -star rating. This extended stay hotel is worthy of an overall five-star rating.

We visited for one night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Valet was pretty quick too. The only issues were that there was no soap in the hand soap dispenser and no bar soap. There were only two sets of towels. The view from the hotel is mostly a parking garage. It’s an affordable hotel and a nice area, with a lot to do nearby. I don’t suggest adding on the valet when booking online, as the valet service has their own way to pay and you may be charged twice for valet. However the hotel staff did immediately correct the charge when I called.

Hotel is nice and clean. For the most part everyone is nice and professional. I come to this location very often. The last two encounters have not been great at all ! The front desk worker Denanise (spell check) was really rude both times ! The first stay I didn’t let it get to me, but today was ridiculous ! She tried to over charge me as well ! One manager fixed the overage and said something to her because I complained… I will probably never stay here again. Especially if she’s working !! And to make things worse I’m a diamond member. I’ve NEVER had these problems before she came.
