The rooms were very clean. Staff super friendly. Pool crystal clear. No restaurant in side the hotel. Half the hotel is closed off and combined with another hotel. No breakfast so you do have to go somewhere. Highly recommended the Waffle House. Thank you staff for making our stay a great stay ❤️

The staff friendliness saves the location. Rooms smell like mildew. Little soaps for showers no pumps on walls. Missing toilet paper dispenser. TV you could find on street. Got a voucher from airlines so stayed here for free. Both shuttle drivers very nice and timely. Our first room the key wouldn’t work but she switched us rooms and was very kind about it.ice machine on second floor looks like it got ripped out of original spot and is gone. Honest feedback. Invest in the building so you can keep your staff and give your guests a better experience. Lots of potential. 3 starts because of your staff.

Horrible area with nothing to do, staff that’s lazy and sleeping on the tables when you come to the front desk, amenities are a lie. They decide if they open the pool; by they I mean the lazy staff sleeping on tables in the lobby at the front desk. It’s Memorial Day Weekend, traditional pool open, but because it’s 75 and overcast they padlocked it all weekend even Monday. It was 80 and sunny Monday. The weight room has to be opened for you be sleepy-staff! That means if there’s people checking in…guess what? You wait until it’s your turn, just to be let in. The shuttle? Haha it goes to airport and back. Their main page says this, but their deals online do not. So be aware, they won’t even drop you a mile a way in the same street. Guy said, “it’s a liability if I don’t make sure you get to the airport.” The airport I’m not going to. Wild. Cards to doors had to be reset repeatedly, first room had to be changed to another room, no lounge, no food nearby, etc.. Keep in mind online sites may say they have a lounge and food…they do not. I can not stress enough how bad the neighborhood is and how dirty the parking lot and surrounding landscaping looks. Stay anywhere else.

Poor front desk. No housekeeping. I had to put dirty towels and trash outside my room to be picked up. I had booked the room from February 18-22 and they looked me out of my room on February 21 because I had not checked out. I showed confirmation and they would not change A security guard was sent to my room because I hadn’t left yet and told me I had 10 more minutes. I would not recommend this hotel

If I could give this rating a zero I would.Me and a couple of my friends came into town for one night to be close to the Spectrum for a concert.Checking in was a breeze the young red hair lady at the desk was very friendly.When we got in the room there's an ironing board but no Iron.She(lady at desk) helps find a working Iron (first one didn't work) She ask ( i would assume)the maintenance man where she could find a working Iron and he answer in a don't care attitude to check room 107.When we got back from the concert which was a very cold night which would be the weekend of a extremely dangerous winter front coming Jan 23th- 26th. Our heat wasn't working....I went back to the front desk to report about the heat and grab a couple of bottles of water.No one is there ,im yelling hello, hello, no one is there. I go back to the room we all had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm...Then I thought about the check in text that they sent me where im supposed to respond to if I need anything while im a guest.My text is in the photo .A day later a still no response. Early that morning I got up went to the front desk to report how we slept that night and was greeted by the same nice girl from the day before she apologized for our experience and she said she would report it to her manager and they would reach out via text...Again a day later nothing. The day of our arrival my review would have been about the area, lots of homeless people, the holes in the parking lot, all the things that the business has no control over. But then you go downtown and you see homeless people living outside of the Omni. Some things we just really can't control.But you do have control of how your guests sleep at night (the comforts of your own home, away from home ).If I had gotten a text from someone to apologize for such a horrible stay,you probably wouldn't be reading this review.We're living in a world now where accountability matters.And im pretty sure the this hotel pays someone to make sure their guest are comfortable and this day we wasn't and no one has come forward to say we messed up we're sorry.No one really cared.
