I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. Our stay was absolutely disgusting from the moment we walked into the room. The first thing that hit us was the smell—it reeked like water damage and mildew, like the room had been damp for way too long. It was unbearable. Then we started noticing the condition of everything. The curtains literally had what looked like blood stains on them, which is completely unacceptable and disturbing. The bed was even worse—the sheets were dirty, had visible footprints on them, and felt damp, like they hadn’t even dried properly or had been used and just thrown back on. Touching it felt gross, like the whole bed was moist and unclean. It didn’t stop there. The overall filth made it impossible to relax, and it even ruined our appetite. I couldn’t even finish my food because I felt so uncomfortable and sick thinking about how unsanitary everything was. When we went to the front desk to address it, the employee tried to tell us the room wasn’t dirty—which was honestly insulting. We had taken video evidence of everything, and once we mentioned that, he suddenly went quiet and had nothing to say. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable conditions, terrible customer service, and zero accountability. I would never stay here again.

I stayed with them using my choice rewards points 5/18-5/19. I made a reservation to stay another night, but changed my mind. The hotel informed me to call the choice points to get them refunded to me. I called and choice is refusing to give me my points back although I never end stay. The hotel claims to have no record of my staying and can’t provide a folio about my recent stay. The customer service at the hotel is lower than one star. I highly recommend you don’t book, unless you like horrible service. 10/10 WOULDN’T RECOMMEND

Most nastiest place ever. The room was absolutely horrible. Not even worth the price. I wouldn’t pay $5 to stay here. The whole place smells like marijuana (and other things) as soon as we walked in the room, the nastiness just hit us. The beds had burn holes in them. The walls had black hand prints, the toilet had hair on it (not head hair) the beds were absolutely disgusting. There were roaches in the floor. Mold on the AC unit. Just absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time or money here.

We arrived pretty late, like 2 am, so we just wanted to go to bed and not complain; however, the smell of pot in our hallway was overwhelming, and we could still smell it once we were in our room!! I had a headache all night and tried to sleep with my shirt covering my nose and mouth. The air barely worked so it was also very warm in our room. Since it wreaked of pot, I didn't feel safe there either. I barricaded our door, at least enough to slow down an intruder a little bit. I DO NOT recommend!

This hotel should be condemned, the amount of mold was ridiculous, there are stains on the walls, lamp shades, floors and beds. The outlets didn’t work. Television chord ripped out of the wall. When I asked for a fresh blanket because my was riddled with stains, they gave me a worse blanket with holes and more stains. I highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay go anywhere else but here. The staff offered us a new room that could not even meet our requirements. Save yourself the infection and go somewhere else. Not to mention my skin has been irritated since I left.
