The room was nice and the bedding was great, but I was too close to the bar and it was so noisy. It was pretty far from the airport and the shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport. We called repeatedly and were told 5-10 minutes every time, then after 30 minutes they said they were waiting for a new crew. What does that even mean? They need a whole crew for a shuttle?

We stayed one night after missing our connection. The double queen room was spacious and quiet. Beds are really comfortable. The heating/cooling unit is rather obnoxious but it wasn't running much of the time. Staff is really friendly. Shuttle is convenient. Decent breakfast options. Large lobby with lots of chairs and couches which we enjoyed while waiting for our connection.

Alex was an incredible bartender- very attentive & social. The food was incredible (we had the salmon and roasted chicken.) He made my stay at sonesta better than I imagined, thank you alex for being such a kind person! Side note of the hotel- it is SO comfortable, centrally located, and easy to book. Thank you sonesta!! I’ll be back :)

One of the worst hotel experiences. Checked into our room. What a terrible room! There was a sliding glass door to sit on the patio. However, the area is full of trash. A broken door is leaning against the wall. No one would want to sit there. When we came back in the evening my spouse turned or rather tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work. He used the room phone to call the front desk. It didn't work. He tried using his cell phone to call. He just kept getting a recording that no one was available. He finally went to the desk. They sent up maintenance. The maintenance person couldn't understand why we were in this room as it was a do not rent room as they were working on repairing it. He went to the front desk and got us another room. We packed up all our stuff and moved. The next room the tv worked. The doors to the cabinet weren't attached. The bathroom barn door didn't slide properly and the toilet made a loud screeching sound when flushed. By then it was too late for us to complain again. BEWARE, this place needs a lot of work. The libby is pretty and gives a false sense of the rest. If you don't have a car you are stuck at the hotel. No restaurants or shopping near by. Ill never stay here again. There are many other hotels near the airport.

We stayed in a standard two-bed room and found it spacious with very comfortable beds. The pool looked nice, but the water was freezing so we skipped swimming. Our toilet ran throughout the night, but it wasn’t enough to be a major issue. There was plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was available, but at $22 per person we chose to pass. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
