This location has great qualities and a short distance to a plethora of attractions such as top golf, gas stations, restaurants, retails stores and etc. this is a place where you would need to ask for assistance if needed. This is really good for extended stay.The prices are fair. Everyone at the front desk is helpful. The manager now is very attentive, active and upfront with his job. The environment is really quiet if you stay to yourself. There isn’t any breakfast but there are people that leaves groceries for people that’s staying. Natalie, Sabrina( always greet guest and make sure to let us know it’s her pleasure taking care of us),and Larry is very patient, direct, compassionate and communicative. These three are different in their own way positively. They’re very interactive with guest outside of just helping but building genuine conversation and connection. This place is very family oriented. Even with things the place itself might lack to others there are plenty of resources around that makes up and adds to the great qualities to this location and area. New management is redefining locations standards, sustainability and environment in the highest form, he’s direct and have the best interests of guest, environment and locations needs.

This is a new review* It is with the utmost delight that I share my experience with Miss Sabrina, at the front desk, whose presence at this hotel is nothing short of divine. Her exceptional customer service transcends the ordinary, providing a level of hospitality that is truly extraordinary. Sabrina embodies grace and professionalism, making each guest feel valued and welcomed. Her meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for her guests elevates the quality of the hotel, creating an unparalleled experience. If you seek an unforgettable stay, know that Miss Sabrina's stellar service is a shining jewel in this establishment. A true testament to what exceptional hospitality should be! Been here for months and it has been awesome ..all the staff is very friendly and helpful no matter the hour ... one specific staff member that I would love to point out. Ms. Sabrina. She's always smiling, always helping and always in a good mood. She made our stay so comfortable and whatever we had a problem, we could go to her. And she would help us with the best customer service skills ever. Ps thank for being awesome

I’ve had a great experience staying at WoodSpring Suites and Extended Stay America. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The rooms are nice, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in top condition. The front desk service has been excellent—Larry (Front Desk) and the two ladies at the front are always welcoming, professional, and helpful. They make check-in and any questions or requests smooth and easy. I also want to recognize Larry (Maintenance), who works hard behind the scenes to keep everything running efficiently. His efforts definitely show in how well the property is maintained. One thing I truly appreciate is how quiet and orderly the environment is. During my entire stay, I haven’t seen anything out of place, which speaks volumes about the staff and management. Overall, this is a well-run, clean, and peaceful place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable extended stay experience.

All staff is attentive and helpful. They’re great with communication, understanding, and being able to utilize ways to help or guide you even if it doesn’t pertain to staying at this specific location, they’re always willing to help anyone in need. They don’t get enough credit for the amount of work that goes into running a hotel or extended stay. From management, to the front desk, to maintenance, to the housekeepers everyone does their job and show kindness and courtesy to all people/guest. The environment is family oriented and definitely somewhere fit for all circumstances or needs. Everything you need is provided(except food). Larry from the front desk been here for sometime since before I became a guest and he completely stays on top of things and definitely honor “Woodsprings Suites” guest and business, very attentive and engaging with all guest including animals. Thank you all for such an amazing experience and continuous partnership and love.
