The receptionist was very efficient, helpful & friendly. The security guard was also helpful & friendly. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean & functional. The price was competitive and the location was very convenient (easy on/off I-45 freeway), quiet and felt safe. Unlike the majority of hotels & lodging options in downtown Houston, parking here was on-site and affordable. Although I did not use it, the pool area looked really nice & I wished I had time to enjoy it.

Loved our stay! The beds were super clean, the shower pressure was amazing, and the room smelled fresh and spotless. We also loved that the AC wasn’t blowing directly at the beds — so comfortable! The room was also very well furnished, unlike many newer hotels that look nice but barely have anything practical. Definitely found our new favorite hotel in Houston!

Best hotel I've stayed at. Great price through the Sams Club App. Very clean, comfy, and safe. The AC in the room is amazing. No ugly smells like other hotels I've stayed at. I felt safe at night because of the night time security. You need a parking pass to enter the property at night. 1 way in/out. Right in the middle of downtown Houston. I would definitely stay here again

This felt very budget. There are no coffee pots in the rooms, or kettles. Just a microwave and mini fridge. The amenities felt spare- tiny bottle of shampoo and no lotion or anything. The room was huge and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room was super clean and the staff incredibly sweet (especially to my kid). So the staff isn’t the issue. The fabric on the sofa was plastic and the whole place felt kinda cheap. It’s was fine, but for that price we could do better

Lovely very quiet hotel location. Great nights sleep. Easy access to freeways, restaurants, clubs. PS.. Pay attention to small print on any websites used to access reservations. Might miss PARKING FEE $20/day to be paid in total-stay upfront at check-in. But worth it. * Make sure you have the front desk number available. Parking is security guarded due to near bar patrons trying to sneak in. But guard walks about property too. * Card key slot on front is on the left & side of the frame. If dark, you might not see it.
