I was traveling for business but my daughter lives nearby so we had breakfast on my last day in town. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Modesta and Ashley were very attentive and helpful. They explained our options in detail. The food was amazing as well. The omelet station was delicious. Would definitely return.

We have not stayed here in well over 5 years. Hotel areas and our room was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Elevators are so slow that we took the stairs when it was convenient. My husband and I were both disappointed with the buffet breakfast we upgraded to enjoy for a mere $30 each. The last time we stayed the buffet was downstairs with cook to order eggs and a beautiful array of freshly cooked items. It was very good. Now the buffet is on the rooftop with the only hot offerings being what tasted like powdered scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, and oatmeal. There is fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, breads, sodas, and juices but honestly this breakfast is no better than what I've had at the Hampton Inn included with the room price. Very disappointing. We won't fall for that upgrade sales pitch again. For $60 it was a rip off. The coffee was good.

We were in Houston for NCA, which happened to be the second largest cheer event ever. We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to Houston or this particular competition (which has historically been held in Dallas), but this hotel was the highlight of my trip and I just had to share. The staff, the options, the cleanliness, the energy were like nothing I had ever experienced. Your food and beverage team thought of everything, from additional lobby bars to grab and go breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was all hands-on deck, with everyone pitching in with smiles on their faces. The service was 5-star, the seating options were plenty, the catering bars were well stocked, and despite the sheer volume of people, nobody was short or rude. I was impressed by all of it and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Had a fantastic experience staying here at the Hilton americas in downtown Houston. Great location and convenient with nearby restaurants/bars and transportation to and from airport thru the convention center and a very affordable price. Staff were excellent and made my stay here very enjoyable. They were able to accommodate a late checkout and even free upgrade to a better view. Had a view of the park and skyline. Hotel is incredibly clean and room is comfortable. Would gladly stay again when visiting Houston!

This hotel is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The rooms were very nice, and the rooftop area was a great touch with an amazing atmosphere. The customer service was also top tier — as soon as we arrived, the staff gave us great recommendations for places to eat, grab drinks, and explore nearby. Everything was within walking distance, and having a Starbucks attached to the hotel was such a convenient bonus.
