This was a great stay. The location was within walking distance of everything we planned to do. We had a king room which was cozy and nice, except from the bed being a standard hotel bed (not too comfortable). The bed was great, although booming at 9am, and not to mention that it was included in the stay. The daily rate was comparable to the quality of stay, as compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and assisted in anything that we had.

Very convenient location for exploring downtown Houston, particularly around world cup time. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind. Great value if you use points

Location is good, Breakfast is ok 3/5 My room view was fully blocked as you can see in the photos, so so dark in my room all day that I had to turn on all the lights to see. I had a big problem with laundary. On Sunday May 24 around 1pm I went down to the desk and asked a lady how it works. The lady had an attitude and was talking down to me which was a surprise. She didn't even smile or say hi which was really odd. I asked her what if I don't cash for $2 laundary(I could pay $10 on my credit card because I didn't have any clean clothes at that time but she said no. she told me go outside and wash it. Super unprofessional. I asked for her manager and the manager was nice and told me about the policies they have and they can't help me with $2 laundary while I spent a lot for 5 days visit. I asked them what is the alternative and they didn't have any. I would never come back to any Hyatt hotels around the world. I chose Hyatt because of good reputation but this lady on Sunday and the room view ruined my trip.

Service was great, everyone was very friendly. Only weird thing is there is a piece of furniture as soon as you walked in door of room making getting suitcases in challenging. It served the purpose of allowing TV to be between the beds and the couch area so understand why but just strange placement. The room size was great and loved the added pull out sofa bed. Also wish bar on 16th was open later.

Very fast and friendly service. Awesome location, walking distance to most things. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Only complaint is the the showers leak easily into the rest of the bathroom and at the time, there were a number of homeless people and litter near the hotel.
