Very good experience. The front desk staff, especially Danielle and Jenny, were amazing! The breakfast was fantastic with every possible option to suit our taste buds. The room was comfortable and quiet. The pool was inviting after a hot Houston day. Made our visit super enjoyable 😉 😀 😊

My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights. I had read quite a few not so great reviews so we were very weary of staying here. But to our surprise the stay was pleasant for us. Any of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were going to an event at the convention center right down the street so it was a perfect place to stay location wise since we would be walking there. $55 a night for valet parking is crazy lol! Our room was nice and the window was on the "inside" of the hotels so we didn't have to deal with any outside noise. My only complaint is the breakfast was 2 different things, eggs bacon, potatoes and soggy waffles or eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The food was decent in taste but I wanted more variety. Just give in and get a waffle maker!! One of my favorite part of staying at Marriots and I've stayed at lots all over the states because of work travels. Overall our stay was great though!

We stayed here for a convention at Bayou Music Center. The venue was only .8 miles from the hotel and just to let everyone know the Ubers ran anywhere from $30-$45 to not even go 1 mile. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and there is a Starbucks right outside of the hotel literally attached to the hotel. The room is what I want people to know about. The positive things about the room in the double queen that we stayed in is there is a living room area that has a refrigerator and microwave. There is a desk area in the bedroom and the room itself is humongous in size. The negatives about the room are a few. The beds are not comfortable. The bathroom door is frosted glass so if one party is in the bathroom while the other is asleep it lights up the entire room when you turn on the bathroom light. For the size of the room, the bathroom is tiny. There’s very little counter space to put any of your toiletries or small hair appliances. We literally had to bring over a small table from the living area and set it outside the door just to put our things on. There is also no safe in the room. If you need a safe and you need bathroom space this is not the hotel to stay in. The hotel and the room were both very clean. Only one elevator was working while we were there and the hotel we were told was at full capacity so waiting on the elevator was long.

Danielle and Janel were awesome at checkin-breakfast better than most similar places! Pool area was nice but need to add two large hot tubs. I saw this at some hotels in San Antonio and it was perfect to utilize that space to the fullest. Cookies and some light dinner snacks would help after a tiring day and for those that don’t want to mess with dinner hassle.

Room is a good size and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating to special requests. My room was cleaned every day. Plenty of food options around the hotel, but none really within it. Does have a Starbucks downstairs and a shared little bar with limited hours (small menu of some flatbreads). 15 minute walk to the conference center. All in all would stay here again.
