The hotel has parking which is great, and the location is on the boarwalk. I can't give you the best review since i came and its been 70 degrees the entire time. The room wasn't cleaned great, the floor was still sandy, the towels were stained. The hotel had a terrible smell in the hallways, like muggy dog. The pool which is decent is outside, so if the weather is cold you are out of luck. So i mean i went on the room to sleep and enjoy everything but the hotel. There is no morning breakfast, so for a family of 3 you have to spend money for breakfast. For a little more you get indoor and outdoor pool, and breakfast. You almost never want to do this hotel, unless you really just want a place to sleep and great location. Which other hotels can do as well.

I love that this hotel was a great value in the off-season, and I loved being able to go out on my balcony to see the beach. A few down-sides: 1) There is a nightly resort fee that I hadn't heard about (even in the off-season when the pool was closed) 2) The parking is about a half-block away (although there is temporary check-in parking on site) and 3) The room is BRIGHT in the morning! There are not darkening curtains, since there is a balcony door. I was awake a 6:00 AM! Ugh. I recommend taking a darkening eye mask if you want to sleep in!

Not a bad little spot. We stayed in march for 4 days for my daughter's cheer comp. Staff was pleasant, Rooms were spacious, clean and we had a great view of the ocean. Id recommend bringing your own pillows the ones in the rooms are super flat and they don't have extra. Also we had asked for housekeeping to clean the room a few times 1/2 way through just to take the trash and get fresh towels and they never came.

My only real complaint is that I feel bait and switched about the parking. They say they have parking but its a block away. My husband uses a cane. No bueno. If that was disclosed ahead we would've have stayed there. Other than that, its very clean. Room was a good size, and right on the beach . Beautiful view.

"My recent stay at the Aqua Vista Hotel was disappointing, largely due to the staff's attitude. Despite the competitive market, I found the customer service lacking, particularly their interactions with a child in the lobby. It felt like they weren't prioritizing a welcoming environment for guests. Additionally, there was a safety concern: a spill of dog bodily fluids had a sign placed behind the staff rather than at the entrance where it would have been more effective in alerting guests. Better attention to both guest relations and basic safety measures would greatly improve the experience."
