I probably wouldn't bring my family for a week stay but these reviews are a disservice to the hotel. It was a full suite 4 blocks from the event I was attending. I didn't see a single roach as the reviews claim. AC worked just fine. It was quiet. If you are looking for just a place to sleep, for the price, this is it. Just remember most people only leave reviews when it was a bad experience. If you are coming for a few days to party, this place works!

stayed at this hotel for a week. Only good thing about here is it in walking distance to the beach. Stove did not work has central air but no heat smh. Was freezing in the room for 2days. Seen a couple of roaches loud refrigerator just terrible. I was in room 204 and they do not clean your room the whole stay and I was here a week.

Unless you’re absolutely desperate for a place to crash, skip this hotel. My room had a weird smell, the facilities are seriously outdated, and the bathroom was easily the worst I’ve ever seen. Location is great though!

⚠️⚠️DO NOT STAY HERE⚠️⚠️:My fiancé, Two year old son and I booked an 11 day stay as we transition through housing coming from Missouri for context…. *they have ROACHES (babies and adults as well as eggs near the stove of room 107) I have a recording of the daughter at the front desk telling me I’ll find roaches at any of the other motels on the street and that they have been working on it from the looks of the reviews they been “working on it” for 5+ years!!!, and the son gave me roach traps and showed me how to use them 🤦🏽‍♀️ *housekeeping NEVER came the whole time we were there (about 5 or so days) *lukewarm water ONLY and barley any water pressure *non smoking motel but the room smelt horrible; they tried to air it out and left the beck room window wide open with no screen on it *we were SCAMMED out of our refund. I have recordings of him and his daughter saying I could get the refund but I’d have to wait for the owner to get back into the country to ask for the full one or switch rooms and to let him know. I went a few hours later, still during office hours to talk to him about the decision we made and he wrote on a paper the “new” office hours and said he wouldn’t be available until tomorrow to talk to me (him and his family live there) so then the next day (I recorded this as well)when I asked to move rooms they said it was too late and instead I could leave that night and receive the remaining days partial refund not the FULL one. So we left that night to a new hotel and now today I go to get an update on the partial refund and he says we left the room filthy and he had to pay $150 for servicing; I made sure to clean it TOP to BOTTOM just so he couldn’t use this as an excuse but still he decides to lie! So I give up on getting my $250 back and tell him even if this were true (which it’s definitely NOT) he owes me $250 so I at least should get my $100 back since he used “$150” to clean the room!! He says for the hassle I’m not getting nothing and to leave! *we had to ask for fresh linens and when I went to get them the lady (the mother of the group) had an attitude that she had to get them for me from the housekeeping room *I could barely get in contact with the manger (the father) to get a refund (he purposely avoided me for three days before we could actually speak about the roaches and refund) or any help with the room he would send his minor son instead; I know he is a minor because I’ve seen him come off the bus in the afternoons to help with: -fixing the stove -fixing the T.V -bringing roach traps to me when I tried to report the roaches I have NEVER had an experience like this anywhere before it’s highly disappointing considering he has kids and should be able to understand the severity of having a safe and Clean environment for your children!!

The owners are very accommodating! They are eager to fix any issues occurring! The rooms smell fantastic, the cleanliness of the room has reached higher than my expectations and any other suite I’ve been at
