Our room was clean and very spacious. The property is well lit, with plenty of parking. Once inside the room you could not hear the other guest or noise from outside. My room was on one corner of the building with a busy street below and only the occasional extremely loud vehicle could be heard. The hotel is a block from the boardwalk so easily within walking distance of the ocean, as well as 7eleven just a couple blocks away and all the stores on Atlantic, made it easy to park the car and not deal with traffic.

Great experience here! Comfortable, well lit and spacious room. Not high-end but great for the location and the price! The location/neighborhood are the highlights being so close to the beach with a partial view of the ocean from my window. Also the front desk service was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location for a budget price. Dated rooms. However, I will admit that they were clean. This was a fishing trip and the Wife was not there to be a critic 😀 Men can sleep in their trucks and be just fine

This room was absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend’s family, friends, and myself booked a stay here as we board our cruise in Norfolk in the morning. There were visible urine stains, blood stains, one of our bed’s bedding was fully damp. On top of that, the receptionist was incredibly rude! It is absolutely unacceptable to call this a comfortable stay, and if you wish to stay here please consider not!!

Don’t park here if you’re visiting SunnySide cafe. We’ve been to the cafe twice, the parking lot for the hotel is directly beside the restaurant. There is no clear signage stating cafe guests can’t park in that lot. First time we came, we parked there with no problem. Came today and they called within 5 minutes making threats to tow the car. They are absolutely ridiculous. Hotel had plenty of spaces and again, no clear signage.
