Really nice place to stay, clean, pet friendly comfortable rooms and bathrooms, had enough of an ocean view to be happy, (and within walking distance of the ocean) especially for the price. The free breakfast was lacking, there were no bagels or biscuits, and hardly no fruit. But the coffee machine was stocked and ready to go 24 hours. Elevators could use updating. My flight home got cancelled, so the airport gave us a hotel room here. 40 minute drive away from the airport btw. We were promised a room that could accommodate my family of 5. I triple checked with the front desk to make sure the room would have a pull out bed for our 5th person, and she assured me it would. Low and behold.. it didn’t. I went to the front desk again and she said there were no other rooms available, despite it being a relatively empty and secluded hotel. There weren’t very many cars in front or anything. Instead of getting us the room that we were promised, they gave us a cot for one of us to sleep on… but they refused to provide real bedding for the person sleeping on the cot?? They gave us a single sheet. I called the front office AGAIN and they said that that was all they could give us. I had a horrible day and this was the cherry on top

The only issue we experienced was when we first arrived and were given a room on the 7th floor that smelled strongly like weed, along with a heavy fragrance that seemed to be covering the odor. Thankfully, Ashlen at the front desk handled the situation immediately and professionally. She didn’t hesitate to move us to a different room and even took the time to personally make sure the new room smelled clean before giving us the key. Her customer service and attention to detail truly turned the experience around for us.

I love this place. The staff are all so super sweet and kind, I haven't had an single complaint. The view is amazing at night on the higher floors. There are 2 elevators and 7 floors and yet barely any sound travels from down or upstairs. In room climate control, 24 hour coffee station, the front lobby doubles as a dining area and Its so spacious and comfortable. The gym is AMAZING and the backdoors swing open like you're royalty. This place is huge! There are so many places other than stuck in your room to be in this hotel alone. Not to mention it's TWO blocks from the beach. While the rooms don't FACE the ofean, the hall windows do abd you can still see it. The view is probably better from the even numbered rooms, the odd ones face a lot of tall buildings like 27 Atlantic and Hyatt Home. One of my favorite Quirks are the F-16s that fly overhead during the daytime.

Great stay for a weekend! Hotel and rooms were clean besides some stains on the towels, no problems getting new ones! Service was good they were a bit busy at check in however made sure everyone was checked in and had all the information they needed. Only downside was the incidental fee said $25 online but at check in it was $50! Just a heads up for anyone staying! Other than that perfect stay!
