Best price for a beach front stay. The staff here are the friendliest people in VA beach that we have encountered. Rooms are clean, view is amazing. Watch the sunrise and sunset on the beach from your balcony. Coffee and flavored water in the lobby was a hit! Let our kids have a snack from the well stocked vending machine when we just want to relax and not leave the hotel for a day. Pool is heated and SO NICE. Perfect for kids. Thanks for the stay. My only complaint was the water presser from the tub was not good, but honestly that was worked around by plugging the tub and taking longer to fill.

Service was super friendly and chill. My bathroom had some stray hairs and peeling paint and the towels weren’t as absorbent, but the rest of the room was clean and the AC worked great. It’s right on the oceanfront and near plenty of fun activities and good eats.

Well the view of the ocean is Amazing! Wish they would invest some money into fixing everything! Where should I start…….. the main door to the room would not lock. Door to balcony didn’t work. Multiple leaks in the kitchen. One of the burners did not work. Refrigerator was very noisy and sounded like a ticking time bomb. Not enough dishes, dirty. Mold in different areas of the hotel.

This hotel has a spot with beach views and thats the only redeeming quality. We arrived after a long day of traveling and the guy at the front desk said my booking was wrong, it was only for 1 night when I had booked directly through their site for two nights! he said they were all sold out for that night, so we didnt have a room to sleep in that night, the guy was not kind and started an argument with us, basically saying it was our fault. Then he said "well we had one room and we were going to give it to you but since you got an attitude with me, we're not" Overall SUPER unprofessional. it was such a horrible experience. no customer should ever be treated that way. we found another place after calling about 10 places - its not easy getting a hotel after midnight. would not recommend.
