Hotel is in a perfect place! However… it looks like they half renovated the room. The cabinets were falling apart with knobs missing. The brand new sofa bed was not even connected to the couch. My husband and I assembled it because they weren’t going to send anyone until our stay was over. The floors had what looked to be pet hair in the corners stuck to the floor. The dead bolt free spun on the door. There were ants crawling up the walls and in the window seal. The wall around the window in the bedroom had red around thee corn framing what looked to be rust. We asked for bedding for the sofa bed and they only gave us a single flat sheet. No pillow or comforter. The bedding in the bedroom felt like they rolled it around in sand before making the bed. I was disgusted going to sleep like I was going to be ate by bugs. At least I had a place to lay my head and the sofa bed and oversized chair (both brand new) were very nice. They kept telling me no smoking … I don’t even smoke. Every time I asked a questions they answered and followed by no smoking. A little overbearing about the smoking

The service from this hotel was horrible. The rooms were good for the most part. Although they were NOT clean. I was in a group of five so it was hard enough trying to get all of us to sleep, they did have two beds, and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was broke we requested for them to come look at it and they told us to wait thirty minutes then they will come. They never showed up. In all to be there and sleep there was okay and if must i would be able to sleep there. The service and other things were horrible.

Do not stay here. If you drive anything larger than a normal SUV you are in for a challenge. Parking is tight and very limited. While room appeared clean there was not much too it despite it supposed to be a king suite. Turns out it had 2 full beds. While that worked for us not what we booked. Bedroom window leaked. Bedroom had NO furniture. So all your stuff is on the floor or lin the living room. Bathroom toilet paper holder was already broke. Breaker panel taped shut. Diverter in the shower didn't seal so you didn't have full water pressure. NO service. Most other places at least take your trash and change y our towels every other day. This place only did on our last day because we saw the cleaner next door. Location is not bad but the facility is basic. No idea about the pool. We did not chance it.

We go to Virginia Beach every year. The motel was a good price for the week stay. The kids and grandkids couldn’t wait to swim in the pool when we arrived the pool was not even open. They put us on the 8th floor for the night as our rooms were not ready on the first floor. The rooms have finger prints all over and not very clean. The bedroom has a window looking into the hallway covered by a blind that did nothing so we couldn’t sleep and the beds were horrible and double beds not queen. The hallways smell like weed and did nothing about it but tell me they called the people who didn’t know they could smoke wherever. This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at on the beach and we were told we have a kitchen and there was nothing but a sink and microwave. I would never recommend this place also had people screaming in the halls at night the couch in the living room was nasty and broken. I noticed the outside looking above you was falling down very unsafe

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Terrible Experience, Would Not Recommend This was an extremely disappointing stay from start to finish. While the view was nice, that was unfortunately the only positive part of the experience. The room itself was awful and nothing like what was advertised. The listing claimed it was a “2-room suite,” but in reality it was just a standard one-room setup. We specifically booked based on the extra space that was advertised, so this was very misleading. To make matters worse, the fold-out couch was completely broken. The mattress literally fell through the frame, making it unusable. The condition of the room overall did not meet expectations at all. When we went to the front desk to ask about changing rooms, we were then informed that the pool was closed for the season — something that was never clearly communicated beforehand and was another major disappointment. At that point, we requested to cancel the stay and asked for a refund. We were told the refund was being processed, but we never received it. After multiple follow-up calls trying to resolve the issue, we were repeatedly given the runaround with no real answers or resolution. Between the misleading room description, broken furniture, lack of transparency, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.
